Our Barcelona Suite is the largest of our two corporate event venues, and can hold up to 280 delegates in a theatre style set up, through to 200 people for a black tie dinner.
For your presentations, the Barcelona Suite is equipped with all the essentials, including an LCD screen and fitted projector, changeable colour lighting and a BOSE sound system that’ll bring your presentation or brand to life.
There’s also a stunning three-tier terrace, accessed at the rear of the Barcelona Suite; ideal for pre and post event drinks and for making the most of the summer sunshine.
Should you require it, the Barcelona Suite can also be divided into three separate rooms, and the break-out space outside is ideal for serving lunch during a conference or for pre-dinner networking.
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, choose our Valencia suite and host a more intimate event for up to 50 delegates.
As with the larger Barcelona Suite, you’ll have access to full presentation facilities to make sure your event goes without a hitch, and the private lounge area is ideal for welcome drinks and networking before, during and after your event.
The private lounge can also be transformed into a light and airy training room facility.
For both the Barcelona and Valencia suites, we are able to provide complimentary staging, a lectern, microphone and dance floor and are able to source other items for you from our trusted suppliers should you require them.
